These essays started immediately
after we arrived in the Netherlands and are listed in chronological
order so that make some sense to the reader if you follow them all
the way through. As a disclaimer, please take none of what I write as the
gospel as to the way that it is. I did research where I could so
that facts are as correct as I can get them but the research wasn't
extensive and the opinions
expressed were based on what I knew when they were written and may
well prove to be incorrect.
